Strategic Planning

Radus Consultants have been providing Strategic Planning support to several Federal and Commercial clients. Our Strategic Planning process begins with consultants using the Radus methodology to gain full understanding of the client’s mission. Our consultants then research the impacts of the industry, market and “strategic edge” that they have invited us to help them formulate. We then follow up by breaking down the vision into incremental tactical and strategic goals.

The resulting portfolio of investments can be managed together as programs to maximize positive business results or can be managed individually as projects.
