Strategic Planning
Radus Consultants have been providing Strategic Planning support to several Federal and Commercial clients. Our Strategic Planning process begins with consultants using the Radus methodology to gain full understanding of the client’s mission. Our consultants then research the impacts of the industry, market and “strategic edge” that they have invited us to help them formulate. We then follow up by breaking down the vision into incremental tactical and strategic goals.

Portfolio program project management
Radus has both workshop and tool based approaches to help our clients optimize their IT portfolio. We develop investor maps and scorecards based on several identified factors to build “bring to life / kill strategies” for the customers IT projects. Enterprise architecture
Enterprise Architects from Radus help mature the strategic and tactical goals identified by strategic planning into quantifiable business needs and priorities. These needs are then “bucketed” into a prioritized list of initiatives. We also assist our Federal clients with compliance with the OMB mandates and reporting needs.
Information technology implementation
At Radus, our consultants support clients through the entire IT solutions life cycle. The process begins with building a business case and by advising our clients on their budgetary guidelines, technological issues and methodology choices, including the option to leverage our proprietary Radus Custom Solution Development (RCSD) process. As a part of our RCSD process, we also strongly believe that communication skills and on-going training and certification goals are critical success factors and we train our consultants to make this critical part of their entire development process. Our RCSD process, in addition to the core factors identified above, also stresses the interdependencies that exist between the application that is being built and the organization itself.
