With a strong background in quality management, program delivery, and organizational leadership, she has built Radus into a trusted federal and commercial partner known for precision, transparency, and reliability. Raj is the evangelist behind the creation of Metronome Orchestrated Agile®, the company’s flagship platform that unites human-centric design, compliance automation, and AI-assisted orchestration to simplify complex software delivery. Under her leadership, Radus has achieved recognition for its federal contracting excellence, delivering mission-critical solutions for agencies such as the IRS, FAA, NNSA, and DHA. Her emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and quality-driven growth continues to shape Radus as a company that not only delivers outcomes but also builds enduring relationships grounded in trust and accountability.

Sudarshan (“Sudi”) Sankavaram, Partner at Radus Software LLC, is a visionary leader known for blending technical depth, strategic foresight, and human-centered innovation to transform how government and enterprise organizations build and manage technology. With over three decades of experience spanning federal IT modernization, program management, and AI-driven software engineering, Sudi has been instrumental in shaping Metronome Orchestrated Agile®, Radus’s flagship platform that brings transparency, compliance automation, and intelligent orchestration to large-scale digital programs. Under his leadership, Radus has become synonymous with trust, innovation, and delivery excellence, known for its ability to merge mission understanding with modern technology architectures. Sudi’s approach—rooted in systems thinking, empathy, and disciplined execution—has helped bridge the gap between vision and measurable outcomes across both public and private sectors.

Sridhar Ramachandran

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Sridhar Ramachandran is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Radus Software LLC and a technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in executive and leadership roles. He designed the Metronome platform, built on a groundbreaking calculus of concepts, and leads a global engineering team that develops enterprise cloud applications leveraging this architecture. Sridhar’s visionary work has earned him the FOCS Test of Time Award for his pioneering research on Cache Oblivious Algorithms, and he holds U.S. Patent #762144 for a method and apparatus for routing data in an automatic identification system. As a co-author of the EPCIS and ALE standards under the GS1 EPC Global initiative, he has shaped key industry frameworks for data interoperability. At Radus, Sridhar drives the evolution of Metronome Orchestrated Agile®—a human-centric, concept-driven, and AI-enabled DevSecOps platform—bridging abstract theory with operational excellence to deliver measurable impact across federal programs such as the Defense Health Agency.

Kurt Grafton

Vice President of Business Development

Kurt Grafton is the Vice President of Business Development at Radus Software, a Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned Small Business founded in 2004. He brings 30+ years spanning military service, enterprise IT, digital transformation, and government contracting. A former enlisted Airman who commissioned and later retired as a Cyberspace Officer, Kurt led global operations and information systems. At Radus, he drives growth in the DoD and Intelligence Community and oversees Federal Civilian and Commercial BD, aligning mission requirements with Radus’s capabilities in software development, Agile transformation, enterprise architecture, data governance, and digital modernization.

John Simmons

Director Business Development

Federal Capture and Proposal Operations John Simmons is the Director of Business Development for the Federal Sector at Radus Software, where he leads proposal management and capture operations across Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence agencies. With over four decades of experience in business development, software engineering, and project management, John combines deep technical understanding with strategic pursuit management. He has pioneered Radus’s AI-driven proposal automation process, dramatically increasing efficiency while maintaining the company’s hallmark quality and compliance rigor. A strong advocate for collaboration and process discipline, John ensures every proposal tells the unique “Radus story” — one rooted in innovation, trust, and excellence.

Alex Brungardt

Director Business Development - Commercial and SLED

Alex Brungardt serves as the Director of Business Development at Radus Software, where he leads commercial go-to-market strategy and supports growth across Federal and SLED sectors. With over a decade of experience helping Fortune 500 organizations adopt the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and navigate complex digital transformations, Alex brings deep expertise in consultative selling, Agile enablement, and enterprise software solutions. His background spans strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Scaled Agile, Inc., IBM, Broadcom, and Scaled OKRs, driving measurable revenue growth and customer success. A Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC6), Alex combines technical fluency with relationship-driven leadership to expand Radus’s reach and deliver mission-aligned solutions across industries.

Dr. Chris Zhao

Senior technology strategist and thought leader

Radus Software LLC, known for his deep expertise in AI, data engineering, and scalable cloud architectures. With a Ph.D. and extensive experience across federal and enterprise digital transformation initiatives, Dr. Zhao brings a rare combination of technical rigor and visionary design thinking to complex modernization efforts. His work bridges the gap between theory and execution—translating advanced research into practical, secure, and high-performance solutions for clients such as the USACE.
