Stacy Metro leads the Strategic Planning service area, with responsibility for client delivery and Radus operational execution. Since joining Radus in 2014, Stacy has served as the Program Manager to the Federal Aviation Administration providing systems modernization, project management and IT implementation services. Stacy holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Stacy’s teams provide enterprise architecture, process engineering, application development, data management, and business analysis support. Driven by her desire to connect operational efficiencies to business goals and customer support, Stacy has successfully led a range of business and technical transformation programs that address significant organizational, process oriented, and programmatic challenges over the past 20 years.

Before joining Radus, Stacy worked in both public and private sector organizations, collaborating with business executives and customers to identify, architect and deliver mission-driven and data focused IT solutions. On a recent engagement, Stacy’s team identified $2 million in annual cost savings opportunities within existing process inefficiencies. She also spearheaded a ground-up data analysis project to provide strategic insights and improve decision making capabilities for enterprise IT portfolio management and commodity consolidation.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a concentration in urban growth from the University of Maryland. She continued her education, earning a Master Certificate in Business Analysis and Project Management from Villanova University.
