Prior to the Radus team’s involvement, data relating to key performance indicators (KPIs) was available in diverse data sources including Excel files, Access databases and, external application databases. The absence of a single database housing all the data elements related to customer services posed a challenge in terms of providing consistent and reliable decision support to Customer Service management.

The Radus team architected, designed and developed a data warehouse, a dashboard and numerous reports to provide actionable information on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) for various levels of management. This helped our customer improve overall customer satisfaction.
